PriceWatch is operated by Okesola Ayooluwa, trading as DigitaAppWorld ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@digitaappworld.uk.
1. The service
PriceWatch helps you track product prices across online shops and notifies you when a price drops or hits your target. We show prices gathered from thirdâparty shopping sources and link you to the seller â we are not the seller and we don't sell the products ourselves.
2. Your account
You can use core features without giving us a name, email, or password. You're responsible for the device you use and for keeping your use within these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Don't use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- We apply fairâuse limits to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Prices & thirdâparty sellers
Prices, availability, and buy links come from third parties and can change or be out of date. PriceWatch does not guarantee any price, discount, stock level, or saving. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the seller, on the seller's own terms. See our Disclaimer.
6. Intellectual property
The PriceWatch app, name, and design are owned by us. We grant you a personal, nonâexclusive, nonâtransferable licence to use the app. Product names, logos, and brands shown in results belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the app running but can't promise it will always be available or errorâfree. Features and supported countries may change over time.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if needed to protect the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PriceWatch is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from price changes, missed alerts, thirdâparty sellers, or your purchasing decisions. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be highlighted in the app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you use PriceWatch as a consumer in another country, you still keep the benefit of any mandatory consumerâprotection rights that apply where you live â nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
